How it works
1. REQUEST A PRE-PAID BAG
Contact the team to get your free pre-paid bag here.
Fill the bag with the pieces you want to list and return to our warehouse free of charge.
Upon receipt, we will inspect your items for approval on to the managed platform.
2. WE WILL GET YOUR ITEMS READY TO LIST
A member of our team will email you to confirm the items you’d like to list, the prices you’d like to list for and complete the upload to the platform.
Once your items arrive at our warehouse each garment is placed into an OZone chamber which removes 99.9% of bacteria, odour, and unwanted germs. Your pieces are then photographed, listed on the site and ready for dispatch.
3. LET THE SALES ROLL IN
Once you sell an item, you’ll be notified and the funds will be transferred to your bank account and we’ll dispatch on your behalf.
